Im a nurse and I work 7 days a week. I had a tennex procedure done to help my plantar fasciitis and these give me the extra support I need. I also have a bone spur on my heel. Im not completely pain free but these have made a huge difference!!!
I am in my mid 50s, and an OR nurse who stands all day. I have worn orthotics for 15 years. I've used wraps in my feet at night for years but those stretch out. Nurse here, had continuous foot pain for 3 months. Tried multiple interventions for pain, muscle creams, oral pain meds, foot roller, foot massager. Most of these helped to decrease the pain but never completely. These insoles got rid of it completely.
