I work 12 hour night shifts as a nurse (with plantar fasciitis :/ ) and am on my feet at minimum 10 hours of each shift. My ankles will often swell by the end of the shift, I put these"puppies" in my shoes before i go to work. Im a nurse with plantar fasciitis. I NEVER sit down.. My left foot hurts so badly sometimes that I cannot walk, especially in the mornings. All because of PF. I ordered these for my plantar fasciitis as I am an ER nurse on my feet 12 hours day. My heels were in so much pain I placed a pair in my shoes and felt instant relief. My husband suffered from foot pain also, so I gave him pair to put on and he thinks they are the holy grail! I then took them off to go to the store and when I got home I put them right back on. I do not ever write reviews but I thought this might help some folks in pain. Don't be afraid please try them. ??
